Everything was wiped from my computer, and I had ENTIRELY reinstall Windows. I should have added that: when it started, I had to run my computer through a clean install. ^^ pro tip, very useful when installing new hardware and you don't want config files lying around with hardcoded settings designed to utilise your old hardware. Get rid of all the configs and caches and what not and just leave behind any folder called 'saves' or 'saved games'. People think uninstalling a game cleans it from your system, but these days it does not, it just removes the actual game but leaves behind all of the configs, logs, preference files, cache files and a myriad of other nonsensical chuff in places like public/appdata/local/Fallout 4 or documents/Fallout 4 and more often than not the problem is due to an error that has popped up in a config file or a shader cache or whatnot. Search your PC for "Fallout 4" and delete everything it finds except your saves folder. Please don't say this is a scam, as I took a very long time to make this for your enjoyment ).
I've seen many people in the comments saying this is a scam and doesn't work if it doesn't work it means you're in 1.11 and not in 1.12, and the URL shortener opens two tabs when you click "skip ad", one is the download link and the other one is an ad, go to the download link. If there are any errors, contact me via Discord (lala_petizoo#0700). Once they're tamed, you can also mate them to get baby dogs. They are tamed like you would tame wolves. They can be found in the creative menu, or roaming in taigas in survival. They all have new models and textures made from scratch.
